AB - هدف البحث للتعرف على دور القيادة التربوية في تطبيق أسس ومبادئ الجودة الشاملة بالمدارس الثانوية بمحلية جبل أولياء بولاية الخرطوم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، تكون مجتمع البحث من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم، محلية جبل أولياء،البالغ عددهم (1317) معلم ومعلمة، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية عددها (140) معلم ومعلمة، اتبعت الباحثة عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية مستخدمة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة: أن الجهود التي تبذلها القيادة التربوية لنشر ثقافة الجودة لدى المعلمين جاءت بتقدير متوسط بحسب تقديرات استجابات عينة الدراسة. أن عمل القيادة التربوية على تحقيق مبدأ القيادة الفعالة جاء بتقدير متوسط بحسب استجابات عينة الدراسة. مساهمة القيادة التربوية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي متوسطة بحسب تقدير استجابات عينة الدراسة. التوصيات: على القيادة التربوية ضرورة زيادة الجهد وتطوير الأدوات التي تساعد على نشر وترسيخ ثقافة الجودة الشاملة بين المعلمين التي تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على أدائهم المهني. يجب تضمين مفهوم الجودة الشاملة في مناهج كليات التربية. AB - This Study aims to identify the role of Educational Leadership in implementing the rules and principles of Total Quality at Secondary Schools (Jabal Awlia Locality, Khartoum State). To obtain this aim, the descriptive method was used, and the questionnaire used as a data collection tool. The research population consisted of (1317) Male and Female teachers at (Khartoum State, Jabal Awlia Locality). The random sample consist of (140) teachers was used. The researcher followed different statistical techniques using SPSS software version. The most important findings can be stated as following: 1) All educational leadership efforts for spreading the Total Quality culture among teachers was at the average rate. 2) the role educational leadership for achieving the effective leadership principle was at average rate according to the participants responses. 3) The contribution of the educational leadership in the strategic planning was at average rate according to the participants’ responses. Recommendations: 1) Educational leadership have to increase the effort, and develop the tool that help to spread Total Quality culture among teachers, which directly affect their professional performance. 2) The concept of total quality should be included at all Education Colleges Curriculums.
