AU - أبو عقيل، إبراهيم AB - This paper aimed at investigating the level of the perspectives of students towards the cognitive beliefs of education faculty members that are related to their teaching performance in Palestine. The sample consisted of (223) students from population (10702) who were chosen in a multi-stage and random manner. The descriptive analytical approach was used, the findings revealed that the degrees of cognitive beliefs and teaching performance were moderate. There were no statistically significant differences in variables of gender, level of study, and major. However, there was a positive correlation between cognitive beliefs and faculty members teaching performance. The researcher concluded with some recommendations and suggestions. (Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif AB - هدف هذا البحث إلى تقصي مستوى المعتقدات المعرفية لأساتذة كليات التربية وعلاقتها بأدائهم التدريسي من وجهة نظر الطلبة في فلسطين، سحبت عينة مقدارها (223) طالباً وطالبة من مجتمع إحصائي بلغ (10702) اختيرت بالطريقة متعددة المراحل ومن ثم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتم استخدام مقياس المعتقدات المعرفية ومقياس الأداء التدريسي. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبينت النتائج أن درجات المعتقدات المعرفية والأداء التدريسي جاءت متوسطة، كما تبين من النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المستوى الدراسي، التخصص)، في حين تبين وجود ارتباط ايجابي بين المعتقدات المعرفية والأداء التدريسي عند الأساتذة. وفي ضوء ذلك قُدمت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
