The researcher drew on the American standards of California State and the British Standards. The study problem is formulated in the following major question: What is the level of curriculum quality of Biology courses for secondary stage in Palestine in the light of British and American standards? This question yields the following sub- questions: 1) To what extend are the British standards available in the Biology courses for secondary stage in Palestine? 2) To what extend are the American standards available in the Biology courses for secondary stage in Palestine? 3) To what extend do the Biology courses of the secondary stage in Palestine comply with quality parameter? To answer these questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, relying on content analysis tools represented in California-standards- based content analysis tool and British-standards-based content analysis tool (advanced level). The researcher used of frequency and percentage as statistical processors. The researcher concluded the following results: 1) Overall availability percentage of British standards indicators (researching and scientific survey, Biology) of Biology content curriculum of the eleventh grade was 48.10%; the standards percentage of research and scientific survey was 61.90% of the overall percentage, and the standards percentage of Biology was 43.10% of the overall percentage. 2) Overall availability percentage of British standards indicators (research and scientific survey, Biology) of Biology content curriculum of the twelfth grade was 45.90%; the standards percentage of researching and scientific survey was 76.19% of the overall percentage, and the standards percentage of Biology was 39.60% of the overall percentage. 3) Overall availability percentage of California standards indicators (research and scientific survey, Biology) of Biology content curriculum of the eleventh grade was 50%; the standards percentage of researching and scientific survey was 61.54% of the overall percentage, and the standards percentage of Biology was 47.83% of the overall percentage. 4) Overall availability percentage of California standards indicators (research and scientific survey, Biology) of Biology content curriculum of the twelfth grade was 51.22%; the standards percentage of researching and scientific survey was 76.93% of the overall percentage, and the standards percentage of Biology was 46.38% of the overall percentage. 5) Overall availability percentage of California standards indicators (research and scientific survey, Biology) of Biology content curriculum of the ninth grade was 25.61%; the standards percentage of researching and scientific survey was 69.23% of the overall percentage, and the standards percentage of Biology was 17.39% of the overall percentage. 6) Overall availability percentage of California standards indicators (researching and scientific survey, Biology) of Biology content curriculum of the tenth grade was 32.93%; the standards percentage of researching and scientific survey was 69.23% of the overall percentage, and the standards percentage of Biology was 25.09% of the overall percentage. 7) The curriculum of Biology for secondary stage did not achieve the desired level of quality (75%) in the light of the British standards; the quality level of the eleventh grade was 48.10%, low, the level of quality of the twelfth grade was 45.90%, it is also low. 8) The curriculum of Biology for grades (9-12) did not achieve the desired level of quality (75%) in the light of California standards; the quality level of the eleventh grade was 50% low, the level of quality of the twelfth grade was 51.93%, it is also low, finally the quality level of the ninth grade was 25.61%, a low percentage too. 9) The study showed a state of imbalance in the availability percentage of the British standards for the secondary stage and a similar finding in the availability percentage of California standards for grades (9-12). In the light of the previous results, the researcher recommended the followings: 1) Revising, developing, and enriching the content of Biology curriculum for the secondary stage based on the British and American standards, and benefiting thoroughly from such standards in developing the Palestinian curriculum. 2) Considering the principle of continuity and gradation on setting up and developing the curriculum of Biology for the secondary stage, with compliance with the logical sequencing on enhancing Biology curriculum for the secondary stage. 3) Equality of the content percentages of standards so that no more standards should be included on the expense of other standards.
