AB - The main aim of the study was to determine the extent to which the the Teacher- Student is able to Employ the Synchronous and Asynchronous communication tools in electronic learning environments of University of Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman, as well as reveal their attitudes toward that. The researcher has the following results: 1) Teacher- Student at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University has been able to employ the «Blackboard» Synchronous and Asynchronous communication tools to a medium degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) between the level of ability of the Teacher- Student using the «Blackboard» Synchronous and Asynchronous communication tools. 3) Attitudes of the Teacher- Student at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University towards the use of the «Blackboard» Synchronous and Asynchronous communication tools were medium. 4) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) for the extent of the influence of the Teacher- Student attitudes towards the use of the «Blackboard» Synchronous and Asynchronous communication tools.
