AB - The student assessment of the performance of the faculty member is of great importance for several reasons, that this assessment is the most important source of information on the classroom environment and that students are more resident provides direct contact with regard to effective teaching and teaching methods in University departments benefit from following this information in making decisions regarding faculty member in terms of improving and developing programs for the preparation and development of the training of the faculty member. Current research aims to identify the student assessment of performance of faculty member in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon by using evaluation form performance faculty member by students form (QSP-7-3-123-01- 10) supported by the University of Babylon , the search has been applied on a random sample of students by stages to(60) students for the first phase (50) students for the second phase (50) students of the third stage which compound sample (160) students out of college students of 283 students in three stages open In college and all the study material for the second semester 2011/2012 theory articles only the dobra engaging faculty members teaching courses to avoid weaknesses in performance, the scientific committees in departments need to review design decision in terms of clarity of objectives and linking them with the fact and the extent of her touch each other with the life process, provide teaching in classrooms, emphasis on the development of college library through the provision of modern scientific sources and emphasized the need for teachers to assign students to write reports and scientific research and the use of The library primarily.
