AB - The study aimed at recognizing the degree of practicing the administrative innovation from governmental school managers and their deputies at Khan Younis governorate according to the following variables: job title, gender, scientific qualification and years of administrative service. The basic study sample consisted of (136) school managers and their assistants. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing administrative innovation from the managers and their assistants in the governorate of Khan Younis is great from their point of view. There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the degree of their managerial creativity due to the following variables: gender, job title, academic qualification and years of service in the school administration. The study recommended the need to spread the culture of administrative innovation all over educational institutions and remove obstacles that limit it. Providing different types of incentives that encourage school managers to adopt creative ideas and use new methods of work. (Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
