AU - التويجري، أنس إبراهيم حمد AU - تراوري، إيسوف AB - The study aimed to know the degree of professional development practice in Arabic schools in Burkina Faso. The researchers used the descriptive approach by designing a survey. The sample of the study included (112) students who answered a questionnaire designed according to three fields: planning field, communication and Human relationships field, and evaluation field. The study found that the degree of professional development practice in all the fields is an average unless the planning field which was low. In one hand, the most professional development activities practiced by workers are: using the calendar models, having a dialogue in their discussion, and building standards to measure the cognitive aspect. In the other hand, the lower of these are: the determination of the methods and procedures that employees accomplish in their jobs, the participation to find appropriate solutions of the school problems, and creating standards, tests and criteria to measure the emotional side. Based of the study results, a number of recommendations were made: spreading the culture of professional development among the employees, including professional development in their preparation programs, trainings and workshops, developing the skills of workers in the planning field, encouraging the workers to use multiple methods and activities to support their duties, and developing worker skills to explore and find appropriate solutions.
