AB - The aim of the study was to identify the degree of practice of the senior administrative leaders in the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Yemen for administrative transparency. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the survey descriptive method, he also used a questionnaire consisting of (30) items divided into five fields, it has been confirmed its validity and reliability. The sample of the study consisted of (206) employees, (94) managers and (112) heads of departments. The study found that the degree of practice of the senior administrative leaders in the Ministry of Education for administrative transparency was (weak) at the level of the tool and at the level of each field of study, except for the field of (communication transparency), which was (Medium). The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses of the sample members due to (the gender) variable and the presence of significant differences in the other variables (job description, academic qualification, years of experience).
