AU - الضوي، منيف بن خضير AB - هدف البحث إلى تحديد معايير الاعتماد المهني للمشرفين التربويين في المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظرهم من خلال تحديد المعايير (الشخصية، والمهنية، والاجتماعية) للاعتماد المهني للمشرفين التربويين، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع البحث حول معايير الاعتماد المهني تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات: (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة) واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي، وتم تصميم معايير الاعتماد المهني للمشرفين التربويين في ثلاثة أبعاد : المعايير الشخصية، والمعايير المهنية، والمعايير الاجتماعية، وتم استخدام مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وطبقت الاستبانة على (106) مشرفا ومشرفة تربوية يمثلون نسبة (34 %) من أفراد مجتمع البحث الأصلي من المشرفين التربويين والمشرفات التربويات بمنطقة الحدود الشمالية وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفين التربويين والمشرفات التربويات حول المجموع الكلي للمعايير المقترحة للاعتماد المهني تعزى إلى الجنس. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The objective of the research is to determine the criteria for professional accreditation of educational supervisors in Saudi Arabia from their point of view by determining the criteria (personal, professional, and social) for the professional accreditation of educational supervisors and detecting the statistical significance differences among the average responses of members of the research community on the criteria of professional accreditation due to differences Variables: (Gender, Years of Experience) The current research used the descriptive approach. The professional accreditation criteria for educational supervisors were designed in three dimensions: personal standards, professional standards, and social standards.
