AU - خليفة، حمادة خليفة فهمي AB - هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتدريس منهج اللغة العربية المطور بالمرحلة المتوسطة بالمملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على دراسة الظاهرة في الواقع, ووصفها, وتحليلها, والتعبير عنها كميا، وكيفا؛ ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد أداة البحث، وتمثلت في استطلاع آراء المعلمين حول الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتدريس منهج اللغة المطور بالمرحلة المتوسطة، ثم كان اختيار عينة البحث من معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة من محافظة شرورة بمنطقة نجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية في العام الدراسي 1438-1439 هـ. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن درجة احتياج عالية جدا لجميع المجالات الواردة في الاستبانة، ولم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد العينة حسب متغيري (المسار، والخبرة)، غير أن هناك فرقا في استجابات أفراد العينة حسب متغير (الجنس) لصالح الإناث. وفي ضوء ما أسفر عنه البحث من نتائج أوصى بتوصيات عدة منها: إعادة النظر في برامج الإعداد قبل الخدمة في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريبية المحددة في البحث، وتخطيط وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية متنوعة وفق الحاجات المحددة في هذا البحث، وتقويم برامج التدريب القائمة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The objective of the current research is to identify the training needs which needed to teach the Arabic language curriculum developed in the middle stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher used in this research the analytical descriptive method which depends on the study of the phenomenon in reality, describing, analyzing, quantifying, In order to achieve this, the research tool was prepared and consisted of a survey of teachers' views on the training needs needed to teach the developed language curriculum in the intermediate stage, the research sample was selected from the teachers of the Arabic language in the middle stage of Sharurah Najran Governorate, Saudi Arabia in the academic year 1438-1439 AH. The following research tools have been developed: Prepare a survey of teachers' views on the training needs needed to teach the developed language curriculum in the intermediate stage. The results of the study revealed a very high degree of need for all the areas mentioned in the questionnaire. The results did not show differences in the responses of the sample according to the variables (path and experience). However, there are differences in the responses of the sample by gender. The results of the research recommended a number of recommendations, including: Review of pre-service preparation programs in light of the specific training needs in the research, planning and implementation of various training programs according to the needs identified in this, and Evaluation of existing training programs.
