AB - The kindergarten teacher is the center of the educational process in the kindergartens, and she tolerates the biggest burden in achieving the kindergarten's mission. The teacher's success in performing her professional duties at this important and difficult stage of the child's life is a success for the kindergarten in achieving its goals. Collective conscience is a phenomenon in which individuals deal with the same experience, including sensations, colors or colorful forms and emotions, and it works with the work of information in our minds for verbal, logical or behavioral purposes, all this works within the process of awareness Hence the problem of the study, which is summarized by the following question: (Is there a relationship between the collective conscience of kindergartens teachers and their job performance?). The research sought to know: 1) the collective conscience of kindergartens teachers. 2) Differences in the collective conscience among the kindergartens teachers according to kindergartens type (Governmental, Private). 3) Differences in the collective conscience among kindergartens teachers according to the years of service. 4) Differences in the collective conscience between kindergartens teachers according to the status (married, single).The research were limited to governmental and private kindergartens teachers for the academic year (2016_2017). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built a measure of collective conscience to the scientific steps to build psychological standards, after building the items of the measure of collective conscience, their number (42) items, and alternatives (apply to me a lot, apply to me sometimes, do not apply to me) and weights (1, 2, 3) and the measure has an honesty and consistency. And the measure has applied to a sample of (300) teachers of kindergarten teachers governmental and private, were chosen in a simple random way, the research reached the following results: 1) the kindergartens teachers have a moderate level of collective conscience. 2) Teachers in the governmental and private kindergartens have an equal level of collective conscience. 3) The collective conscience of teachers is not related to years of service in kindergartens. 4) The collective conscience of the married female teachers is better than the unmarried female teachers.
