AB - This study aimed to identify the Degree of Private Schools Principals Practicing of Management by Walking Around and it’s Relationship with the Level of Performance Among their Teachers. The population of study consisted of two communities: private schools in the east and west of Gaza Strip, managers, and teachers in private schools in the east and west of the Gaza Strip, and study sample consisted of two samples first sample consisted of all private schools managers in the east and west of the Gaza Strip's (34) manager, given the small size of the study population, and the second sample consisted of 268 teachers from private schools in the east and west of the Gaza Strip teachers. Researcher has been used descriptive analytical method in this study, researcher also used statistical methods which frequencies, percentages, relative weights, averages, test (t), and test (Anova One Way). The researcher has reached the results: 1) There are no differences in the averages of the respondents responses about Degree of Private Schools Principals Practicing of Management by Walking Around for these domains (planning, development and innovation, communication, motivation) due to the gender variable. While researcher found statistically significant differences for the (control and follow-up, decision-making) domains. 2) There are no differences in the averages of the respondents responses about Degree of Private Schools Principals Practicing of Management by Walking Around due to the educational qualification variable. 3) There are no differences in the averages of the respondents responses about Degree of Private Schools Principals Practicing of Management by Walking Around for (development and creativity, communication, motivation, control and follow-up, the total score) variable due to years of service. While found statistically significant differences for (planning, decision-making) variable. 4) There are no differences in the averages of the respondents responses about Degree of Private Schools Principals Practicing of Management by Walking Around due to the gender variable. 5) There are no differences in the averages of the respondents responses about the degree of the level of the performance of teachers in private schools due to academic qualification variable. 6) There are no differences in the averages of the respondents responses about the degree of the level of the performance of teachers in private schools due to of years of service variable. 7) There is no statistically significant correlation between the averages of study sample estimates about Degree of Private Schools Principals Practicing of Management by Walking Around and between the averages of the sample estimates for performance of their teachers. The researcher recommended the following recommendations: 1) Motivate teachers to develop themselves and create a competition among them and concern for the moral and material rewards. 2) Hold training workshops for teachers appointed by the ministry of education, special classroom management. 3) Give school manager teacher powers and supervision. 4) Keeping workers' rights even feel job security and through the application of labor laws. 5) Visits to schools and told the government to take advantage of the diving experienced. 6) Avoid the traditional management methods of constructing errors or negative control, and replacement by granting confidence and participation in the planning and decision-making.
