AU - السلمي، سعود بن مستور AU - مهران، جمال محمد عطيه AU - زيدان، أشرف أحمد AU - عبد الرحمن، أحمد محمد AB - يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف جودة الضوابط و الإجراءات المرتبطة بالقبول واستحداث برامج الدراسات العليا وتطويرها بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وذلك من خلال قياس مستوى رضا الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس تحقيقاً لرؤية الجامعة في النهوض ببرامج الدراسات العليا وتوجهاتها البحثية، ودورها في الارتقاء بمستوى المعرفة وخدمة المجتمع والتنمية المستدامة. وقد استعرض البحث أهم الإجراءات والضوابط التي أقرتها الجامعة، وتم تصميم استبانتين للتعرف على جودة تلك الإجراءات والضوابط بدلالة مستوى الرضا لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا وأعضاء هيئة التدريس. وأشارت النتائج إلى ارتفاع مستوى رضا الطلاب عن إجراءات وضوابط القبول بالجامعة. كما أشارت إلى ارتفاع مستوى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن إجراءات استحداث برامج الدراسات العليا وتطويرها بالجامعة. وقد تمخض هذا البحث عن العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This research aims to investigate the quality of procedures and controls related to the admission process, in addition to creation and development of graduate studies programs at King Abdul Aziz University. This objective can be realized by measuring the students and faculty members' level of satisfaction to fully attain the University's vision of promoting graduate studies programs and research objective, and to highlight their role in upgrading the level of knowledge, community service, and sustainable development. The research reviewed the most important procedures and controls accredited by the university. Two questionnaires were designed to identify the quality of these procedures and controls in terms of the level of postgraduate students and faculty members' satisfaction. The study showed that a high level of students' satisfaction concerning the admission procedures and controls in the university. The findings also included the high level of faculty members' satisfaction regarding the procedures of creating and developing the graduate studies programs in the University. The study concluded in some recommendations and suggestions.
