AB - Present study aimed to evaluation of qualifying computer teacher program and methods of teaching it in the Islamic University in Gaza, and through the identification of the availability of standards (the content of courses, methods and teaching strategies, the calendar, the general objectives of the program, faculty members, facility), from the perspective of students, teachers and members of the faculty, and follow the researcher in this study descriptive analytical approach to it most suitable for this study, the study sample consisted of( 36) student teachers who are studying at the level of the third and fourth in the Department of Computer and methods of teaching, and (9) of faculty members who work in the Department of Computer and methods of teaching, has a promising researcher tools (questionnaires and note card) in order to evaluate the program, and consisted resolution in its final form of (47), paragraph, and observation card consisted in its final form of (44) paragraph, the researcher used percentages, means, standard deviations to address the study data. The most important findings that the study achieved are: 1) Related to students responses, it was found that teaching methods and strategies had won the first place with a percentage of (69.72%), and the assessment had come after it with a percentage of (69.51%), after that, the curricula content in the third place with a percentage of (65.26%). The total percentage of the questionnaire is (67.66%). 2) Related to the Lecturers responses, it was found that assessment comes in the first place with a percentage of (79.86%), and after that comes the teaching methods and strategies with a percentage of (76.67%), after that, come the curricula in the third place with a percentage of (71.22%). The total percentage of the questionnaire is (75.32%). 3) Showing no statistically significant differences at the level of (a = 0.05) between the mean estimates of the faculty member and the student teacher in the availability of standards (curriculum and curriculum, methods and teaching strategies, Calendar) in the computer program and the methods taught at the Islamic University in Gaza. 4) It was found that there is no statistically significant differences at the level of( a = 0.05) between the estimations of the head department and the observation card results in the availability of standards (the program general objectives, faculty staff, facility) in the computer program and its teaching methods at Islamic University in Gaza. In light of the study findings, the researcher had recommended the followings: 1) To develop a special plan for a computer teacher preparation program according to the specific standards, 2) To pay more attention to review the computer teacher preparation program and teaching methods courses at the university continuously, and evaluate it in the terms of its interrelationships and sequencing, 3) To connect all the courses with the objectives, strategies, curricula and the reality of education in Palestine and build on what was shown in the Palestinian teacher preparation strategies 2008.
