AU - العزام، عماد فيصل هلال AU - الجراح، عبد الناصر ذياب AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الذكاء الثقافي لدى الطلبة الأردنيين وغير الأردنيين من العرب في جامعة اليرموك حسب جنس الطالب، وتصنيفه ومستواه الدراسي، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن القدرة التنبؤية لحالات الهوية النفسية بالذكاء الثقافي لدى الطلبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم مقياس حالات الهوية النفسية لآدمز وبينون وهه (Adams, Bennion, Huh, 1989) المطور للبيئة الأردنية، ومقياس الذكاء الثقافي لأنغ وديان (Ang , Dyne, 2008) بعد تكييفه للبيئة الأردنية. تكونت عينة الدراسة (1228) طالبا وطالبة، منهم (421) ذكور و(807) إناث، منهم (923) من الطلبة الأردنيين، و(305) من غير الأردنيين، ومنهم (948) من مستوى البكالوريوس، و(280) من مستوى الدراسات العليا، وقد إختيروا بالطريقة المتيسرة في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2017/ 2018 م. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الذكاء الثقافي لدى الطلبة الأردنيين والعرب في جامعة اليرموك كان متوسطا، بإستثناء بعد ما وراء المعرفي فقد جاء بمستوى مرتفع. وأن الذكاء الثقافي لدى الطلبة الأردنيين والعرب في جامعة اليرموك لا يختلف بإختلاف الجنس، أو تصنيف الطالب، أو مستوى الطالب على الدرجة الكلية للمقياس. في حين تبين أن الذكاء الثقافي المعرفي يختلف بإختلاف الجنس، ولصالح الذكور، وأن الذكاء الثقافي ما وراء المعرفي يختلف بإختلاف مستوى الطالب، ولصالح طلبة الدراسات العليا. وأخيرا كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن حالة تحقيق الهوية، كانت أبرز المتنبآت بالذكاء الثقافي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to reveal the level of cultural intelligence among Jordanian and non-Jordanian students at Yarmouk University by gender, class and level of education, it also aimed to reveal the predictive ability of ego identity status by cultural intelligence among students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the scale of the ego identity status of Adams, Bennion & Huh, developed by Rababa (1994), and the cultural intelligence scale of Ang & Dyne (2008) after being adapted to Jordanian environment. The sample of the study consisted of (1228) male and female students, 421 males and 807 females, 923 of whom are Jordanian and 305 non-Jordanians, 948 of them are bachelor's, 280 are graduate studies, convenience selected from the students of Yarmouk University for second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.the results of the study showed that the level of cultural intelligence among Jordanian and non-Jordanian students at Yarmouk university was moderate, with the exception of the meta-cognitive level, which reached a high level. And that the cultural intelligence of Jordanian and non-Jordanian students at Yarmouk University is not different in terms of sex, student classification, student level on the total score of the scale. It was found that cognitive cultural intelligence differs according to sex, in favor of males, and that meta- cognitive of cultural intelligence varies according to the level of the student in favor of postgraduate students. Finally, achievement identity status was the most prominent predictor of cultural intelligence.
