The study sample consisted of 114 randomly selected students. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach in two experimental groups. The study tool was a Life skills test, which consists of 25 paragraphs representing the life skills distributed over (4) areas (communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills, creative thinking skills). The Most important findings of the study: 1) There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students in the control group and the mean scores of the students of the first experimental group in the life skills test in favor of the first experimental group. The most important recommendations of the study: 1) Using active learning strategies at a wider level than the sample of the current study, because of their impact on the development of life skills among students. 2) Teachers who teach the same subject should collaborate to make programs based on the use of active learning strategies in teaching courses. 3) Conducting training courses for teachers on the use of active learning strategies, including both Numbered Heads Together and investigation strategies.
