AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرَف إلى معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المدراء، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق في تقديرات مدراء المدارس للمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (155) مديراً ومديرة في محافظة المفرق، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث استبانة معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدراس الثانوية وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم توزيعها على أفراد العينة. تم استخدام رزمة SPSSفي تحليل البيانات واستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الثلاثي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن مستوى معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المدراء جاء مرتفعاً، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في تقديرات مدراء المدارس للصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). AB - This study aimed to identify the impediments of applying the E-management at the secondary schools in the governorate of Mafraq from the perspective of principals and the differences in the school principals' estimates of the impediments facing the application of e-management due to the variables of (gender, experience and scientific qualification). The study sample consisted of (155) male and female principals in the governorate of Mafraq. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire for the impediments of the e-management at the secondary schools; after verifying their validity and reliability, the researcher distributed the questionnaires to the members of the sample. The SPSS was used to analyze data, extract the arithmetic means and standard deviations and analyze the MANOVA. The study reached to many results, most important of which is that the level of the impediments of applying the e-management at the secondary schools of Mafraq from the perspective of the principals was high and no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the school principals' estimates of the impediments facing the application of the e-management due to the variables of (gender, experience, and scientific qualification).
