AB - The phenomenon of harassment emerged via many abnormalities behavioral and Immorality within the various social communities that are the cause or the result of the disintegration of the community, especially within the cultural communities in educational institutions (Professors) which they should reliable to creating new generation of Psychological discipline and moral and Religious commitment and reasonable emotional balance, the seriousness of the problem lies in a teachers' community, they should undertake direct responsibility to take care for important social group in their critical growth phase which is (teenagers period), the phenomenon of harassment led to negative relation between the top of campus we mean (the teacher and their psychological and social needs) and their characters (Parenting, supergo and self reassuring) in addition to the student and their psychological and social and social and their low needs which is within the superego led by (ego childish represented by blaming self). Targets of study: Measure the level of harassment among students for Education college and basic education college inside university campus according to the changing in verbal and non- verbal harassment, and the type (male- female) and the stage (first – fourth),the number of samples for the research which reach to (400 students)male and female, which are represent different science and humanitarian sections, their ages between (18-24) for the year (2016 -2017), and this research used to processing the statics data for second test to one independent sample and analysis the differ among the triple, also doing verbal teat to Knowledge sample and analysis the differ among the triple, also doing doing verbal test to knowledge the differences for which one of harassment to respectable girls and unrespectable girls and unrespectable girls although the low level of harassment below average , the female more subject to female by student from fourth stage it's not limited to unrespectable female only, and this confirm the reason is personality disorder according study (Phol) 1991, and this study have high honesty and just cancel one article from 25 articles. The important proposals: Find the relationship between the harasser and ego childish to university's students according to (scientific – humanitarian) criteria in addition to social status.
