AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني في مدارس الكويت من وجهة نظر معلمي الفيزياء، وهدفت إلى الـتعرف على إيجابيات وسلبيات التعلم الإلكتروني في ضوء متغيرات (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي) ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة تحتوي على 40 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات وهي، مدى استخدام طـرق التعلم الإلكتروني في المدرسة، إيـجابيـات استـخدام التـعلم الإلكـتروني فـي المدرسـة ،سلبيـــات استـخـدام التعلم الإلكتروني في المدرسـة. وزعت الاستبانة على 100 معلم ومعلمة من معلمـي مـادة الفيزياء للمرحلـة الثانوية في دولة الكويت، وأظهرت النـتائج أن واقـع استخدام طرق التعلم الإلكترونـي فـي المدرسـة جاء بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر معلمي الفيزياء، وتوصلت الدراسة كذلك إلى عـدم وجـود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لواقع التعلم الإلكتروني في مدارس الكويت تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج اقترحت الدراسة الاستمرار في الاهتمام بتوفير جميع مستلزمات التعلم الإلكتروني في المدراس الحكومية في دولة الكويت والمواظبة علي صيانتها، وتدريب المعلمين عليها بالقدر الذي يجـعل منهم مبدعين في استخدامها وعدم الاكتفاء بالدورات الأولية بل مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي دائماً، وتأهيل المـعلم وتدريبة بشكل مستمر، والعمل على تغيير آلية التنفيذ حيث يجب إشراك المعلمين بالتخطيط وليس فقط التنفيذ وتوعيتهم بكل ما هو جديد قبل نزوله للميدان. AB - The study aimed to recognize The reality of e-learning from the point view of physics Teachers in Kuwait, and recognize the pros and cons of the use of E-learning in the light of the variables (sex, experience, educational qualification) To achieve the objective of the study was the preparation of a questionnaire containing 40 items, serving three areas, namely, the extent of the use of e-learning methods of the school, the pros use of E-learning in school, cons of using E-learning in the school. The study distributed the questionnaire to 100 of physics teachers at the secondary level in the State of Kuwait, and the results showed that the reality of the use of e-learning methods of the school came to moderate from the viewpoint of teachers of physics, as well as the study to the lack of statistical significance of the reality of education differences email schools in Kuwait due to gender, educational qualification and experience. In light of the findings the study suggested continuing interest in providing all the E-learning kits in government schools in the State of Kuwait and their systematic maintenance and teacher training them to the extent that makes him creative in their use, not just the initial sessions, but keep abreast of technological development has always and rehabilitation of the teacher and training on an ongoing basis. And work on the implementation mechanism of change, where teachers must be involved not only planning and execution and make them aware of everything that is new to the field before coming off.
