AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على واقع (الهندسة الإدارية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمداء الكليات الأهلية في محافظة بغداد من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام والمدرسين. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم صياغة بعض الأهداف التي تخص العلاقة بين الهندسة الإدارية والأداء الوظيفي، لهذا فقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ وفي سبيل الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة من العينة للإجابة على أهداف البحث اعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات المطلوبة لدعم الدراسة النظرية بالجانب التطبيقي. وبعد أن اطلعت على الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، تم بناء مقياسين: أحدهما مقياس الهندسة الإدارية، والآخر لمتغير الأداء الوظيفي. وبعد عملية جمع الاستبانات استعملت الباحثة برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث: 1) أظهرت النتائج واقع الهندسة الإدارية لدى عمداء الكليات الأهلية من وجهة نظر رؤساء الاقسام والمدرِّسين أن لهم دوراً متوسطاً ظاهراً، وفهم وإدراك لفائدة الهندسة الإدارية من خلال المهارات وأساليب إنجاز الأعمال وتحقيق الأهداف المرسومة. 2) أظهرت نتائج البحث أن واقع الأداء الوظيفي لدى عمداء الكليات الأهلية من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام والمدرِّسين أنهم يتحلون بأداء وظيفي جيد، وذلك من خلال تسيير أمور كلياتهم التي يتولون قيادتها، وإلمامهم بالأنظمة والقوانين الإدارية الخاصة بالكلية. أما أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها الباحثة: 1) وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين كلا المتغيرين: الهندسة الإدارية والأداء الوظيفي. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث إلى واقع الهندسة الإدارية والأداء الوظيفي تعزى إلى متغير الدراسة (اللقب العلمي). ختاماً توصي الباحثة بما يأتي: 1) دعوة وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إلى إشراك العمداء والمنتسبين بالدورات التطويرية والتأهيلية لتنمية الأداء الوظيفي وفق منهجية الهندسة الإدارية. 2) ضرورة عمل عمداء الكليات الأهلية على نشر ثقافة التغيير والتطوير لدى موظفيها، ونشر مفهوم الهندسة الإدارية وتعزيزه في الكليات الأهلية لكل العاملين من إداريين وأكاديميين ومنتسبين. AB - This study aims at finding out the administrative engineering and its relationship to the functional performance of private colleges’ deans in Baghdad according to heads of departments and instructors. To achieve the aims of the study, some of aims related to the relation between administrative engineering and functional performance have been worded. The descriptive approach is adopted in describing the variables of this study. A questionnaire is used as the main instrument to collect the data important for this study from the sample and to support the theoretical framework of the study. After surveying the related educational literature and previous studies, two scales are constructed. The first is an administrative engineering scale and the other is intended to measure the functional performance. Having the required data been collected, the (SPSS) program has been used to analyze the collected data. This analysis reveals the following results: 1) Private colleges’ deans have an average level of the recognition and awareness of the benefits of the administrative engineering through the skills and techniques of work accomplishment and achieving the intended aims. 2) Private colleges’ deans have a good level of functional performance through running their colleges issues and being aware of the administrative instructions and principles. According the results achieved, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) There is a strong correlational relationship between the two variables (administrative engineering and functional performance). 2) There are no statistically significant differences in the sample responses to the scales of administrative engineering and functional performance according to the study variable (the academic title). Finally, the following recommendations are put forward: 1) The necessity to enroll colleges’ deans and individuals, by the Ministry of Higher Education, in the training and qualification courses to promote their functional performance. 2) The necessity of private colleges’ deans working to spread the culture of change and development of their employees. 3) The necessity to spread and promote the concept of administrative engineering in the private colleges for all employees whether academic or administrative.
