AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التطرق للمهارات الفنية والقدرات التربوية لدى معلم التربية الفنية بالمدارس الثانوية، والاستفادة منها في إنتاج وتفعيل دور الوسائل التعليمية وما يصاحبها من الأجهزة التي تقوم بعرضها والبرامج التصميمية المتقدمة التي تسهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية بالمدارس، ليس في جانب التربية الفنية فحسب، بل في جميع المقررات الدراسية المختلفة الأخرى. إحتوى البحث خمسة فصول، اشتمل الفصل الأول على الإطار العام (خطة البحث)، بينما اشتمل الفصل الثاني على الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث، أما الفصل الثالث فيحتوي الإجراءات الميدانية للبحث، كما اشتمل الفصل الرابع على عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج الخاصة بالمعلومات التي تم جمعها بواسطة الاستبانة. إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد تم استطلاع آراء مجتمع البحث وهم معلمو ودارسو مادة التربية الفنية بالمرحلة الثانوية ولاية الخرطوم البالغ عددهم سبعين معلما ومعلمة كعينة لإجراء الاختبار. أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته: 1) المهارات والقدرات الفنية ضرورية لعمل الوسائل التعليمية، مما يزيد من فاعلية دورها في العملية التعليمية التعلمية وتلك تتوافر لمعلم التربية الفنية. 2) قلة الوسائل التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية وعدم وجود أماكن مخصصة لها بالمدرسة يؤثر سلبا على التحصيل بالنسبة للطلاب. 3) معلم التربية الفنية مؤهل لإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة. 4) الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة غير متوافرة بالمدارس الثانوية- ولاية الخرطوم. AB - The study aimed to identify the skills and abilities of teachers of art education in secondary schools and using them to produce activate the role of teaching aids and what comes with it from devices that viewing it and advanced designing programs that contribute in the development of the educational process in schools, not only on the side of art education, but in alla other different educational materials. Research contained on five chapters. The first chapter contains the general framework (research plan) while the second chapter contained the theoretical framework and previous studies related to the subject matter. On the other hand chapter three contained display, analyze and discussing the results of the information collected by questionnaire. Researcher followed descriptive analytical method also used questionnaire as a tool for gathering information and the research community opinions collected which are teachers and art education students of high school in Khartoum state that contains seventy teachers as a test sample. Major results: 1) the lack of secondary school teaching aids and the lack of places has a negative effect on the achievement for students. 2) Technical skills and capabilities are necessary for the work of teaching aids which increases the effectiveness of its role in the teaching-learning process. 3) Modern teaching aids non-exist in secondary schools-Khartoum State. 4) The teacher don’t use teaching aids designed abroad. 5) The school climate and tight spaces reduce the manifestation of art education in school.
