AB - تأتي مشكلة الدراسة بالتساؤل الآتي: هل لدى معلمة الرياض الوعي المهني الذي يمكنها من أداء عملها بصورة يستفاد من خبرتها؟ وهل لديها الكفاية العقلية التي تمكنها من استغلال ذكائها في ابتكار وتجديد واستغلال ما يمكن استغلاله في خدمة الطفولة؟. ولأهمية موضوع الوعي المهني والكفاية العقلية فقد تناوله عدد من الدراسات العربية والأجنبية، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة الإطار التكاملي الشامل للنظريات المختلفة. لم تجد الباحثة على حد علمها أي دراسة بحثت الوعي المهني وعلاقته بالكفاية العقلية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، مما دفع الباحثة لإجراء هذه الدراسة. إقتصر البحث على معلمات الرياض الحكومية والأهلية للعام الدراسي 2013 2014. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياسي الوعي المهني والكفاية العقلية وفق الخطوات العلمية لبناء المقاييس النفسية، فبعد صياغة فقرات مقياس الوعي المهني وعددها 50 فقرة، تأكدت من صدق المقياس بعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء، وقد ثبت صلاحيته بعد إجراء بعض التعديلات فأصبح عدد فقراته 34 فقرة، فضلا عن قيام الباحثة بالتحليل الإحصائي للفقرات بحساب القوة التمييزية، وقد قامت الباحثة بحذف 8 فقرات من مقياس الوعي المهني لعدم تمييزها أما باقي الفقرات فقد تبين أنها مميزة ودالة إحصائيا، وبذلك تكون الصيغة النهائية للمقياس 26 فقرة وبدائل (تنطبق كثيرا، تنطبق أحيانا ،لا تنطبق أبدا) وبدرجات 1،2،3. وكذلك قامت بإيجاد علاقة درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية، وتأكدت من ثبات المقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار، إذ بلغ معامل الثبات 0.83 وهذا يدل على أن معامل الثبات جيد. زيادة على تطبيق معادلة ألفا كرونباخ، ووجدت أن معامل الثبات يساوي 0.89 وهذا يدل على ثبات جيد. وتحققت الباحثة من صدق مقياس الكفاية العقلية بعد صياغة فقراته البالغة 40 فقرة ، وذلك بعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء، وقد ثبتت صلاحيته بعد إجراء بعض التعديلات فبلغ عدد فقراته 32 فقرة وجرى التحليل الإحصائي للفقرات بحساب القوة التمييزية ، وقد تبين أن 3 فقرات من مقياس الكفاية العقلية غير مميزة، أما باقي الفقرات فقد كانت مميزة ودالة إحصائيا، وقد تكون المقياس بصيغته النهائية من 29 فقرة وبدائل ثلاثة تنطبق كثيرا، تنطبق أحيانا، لا تنطبق أبدا وبدرجات 1،2،3 وكذلك جرى إيجاد علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية، وتأكدت من ثبات المقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار، إذ بلغ معامل الثبات 0.88 وهو معامل ثبات جيد ، فضلا عن تطبيق معادلة ألفا كرونباخ وبلغ معامل الثبات 0.96 وهذا يشير إلى معامل ثبات جيد. وطبقت المقياسين على عينة بلغ عددها 300 معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومي والأهلي، اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة بغداد وعي مهني. 2) يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سنوات الخدمة في متغير الوعي المهني ولصالح فئة 6-10. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرياض الحكومية والأهلية في متغير الوعي المهني. 4) إنَّ القليل من معلمات رياض الأطفال يستخدمن عملياتهم العقلية في الروضة. 5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمات رياض الأطفال في الكفاية العقلية تبعا لسنوات الخدمة. 6) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معلمات الرياض الحكومية والأهلية تبعا لمتغير الكفاية العقلية. 7) توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الوعي المهني والكفاية العقلية لدى معلمات الرياض.
