AB - This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of teaching strategy based on multi-intelligence theory on the development of critical thinking and retention of learning impact in the subject of interpretation for the female students in second intermediate class. The study used experimental methodology, and the sample of the study consisted of (50) female students in second intermediate class in Baha city in (1438-1439). The researcher prepared critical thinking questionnaire to collect the data which consisted from (33) questions. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results indicated significant statistical differences at (.05) between the average of the results of both experimental and controlled group on the post-test of critical thinking questionnaire in favor of the experimental group. The study recommended including multi-intelligence theory in educational curriculum and shed light on its importance in improving critical thinking.
