AB - The study aimed to identify the degree of estimation of a sample of primary school teachers in Gaza Governorate for the requirements of employing the reference comparison as an effective tool to ensure the quality of the school environment and to find out if there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores due to variables (Sex, Directorate, Years of Service). To achieve this, the researchers followed the descriptive / analytical approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (50) paragraphs (419) teachers and teachers (14.9%) of society. The results showed that the total score of the primary school teachers in Gaza Governorate for the requirements of employing the reference comparison as an effective tool to ensure the quality of the school environment was significant at a relative weight (81.102%). The field of structural requirements ranked first, (Procedural requirements), then the area (administrative requirements), and lastly the field (human requirements) in the last rank. There were no statistically significant differences between the average of the respondents' estimation of the requirements due to the variable of the directorate and the years of service, while there were differences due to gender variable in favor of male teachers. The study recommended the formation of a school committee in each school after the holding of a specialized course, the task of applying the comparison, and the formation of a conceptual framework governing the comparison process.
