AB - The aim of this study is to identify the degree of practicing educational skills of teachers and their relation to the level of motivation of teachers in the basic stage in the Kingdom of Jordan from their point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire to measure the degree of availability of communication skills and the level of motivation among teachers. And a number of (350) questionnaires were randomly selected and retrieved (323) with 92.2% response rate. After checking, the researcher excluded (18) questionnaires that are not valid for the analysis. In other words, 305 questionnaires were used for analytical purposes. After the statistical analysis, the degree of availability of nonverbal communication skills among educational supervisors The teachers' point of view was great, while the other communication skills achieved an intermediate availability and were ranked in descending order "writing skill, reading skill, skill Speaking skills, "and the results showed a positive correlation between the teachers 'communication skills and teachers' motivation.
