AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن اتجاهات معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاث الأولى في مدارس مديرية تربية الرمثا لمفهوم الإساءة النفسية للأطفال في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 257 معلما ومعلمة من مدارس مديرية تربية الرمثا للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2016م، حيث طبق الباحث مقياس الإساءة النفسية للكشف عن اتجاهات معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاث الأولى نحو الإساءة النفسية للأطفال بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته – على أفراد الدراسة، والمكون بصورته النهائية من 32 فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الإساءة للأطفال باتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات جاء بمستوى كبير على ثلاثة مجالات التقليل والاستهزاء، الإساءة اللفظية، الحرمان من الحقوق المدرسية، ومجالين بمستوى متوسط التميز بين الطلاب، والتخويف والتهديد، ومجال واحد فقط بمستوى قليل الإفساد، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الإساءة النفسية حسب تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة ككل، وكل مجال من المجالات يعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، وفي متغير نوع المدرسة ولصالح المدارس الحكومية، ولمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة ولصالح ذوي الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aims at identifying the attitudes of teachers of the first three grades in the schools of Al-Ramtha directorate on the concept of child psychological abuse based on some variables. The study sample consists of 257 male and female teachers from the schools of Al-Ramtha directorate for the second semester of the academic year 2016. The researcher applies the child psychological abuse measurement which is composed of 32 items distributed on six domains to identify the attitude of teachers of the first three grades on the concept of child psychological abuse after assuring its validity and reliability on the sample. The study results show that the level of the child abuse from the perspective of the teachers was high with regard to three domains, which are underestimation and sarcasm, verbal abuse and deprivation of school rights. It was an average level with regard to two domains, which are bias and scaring and threat domains. It was a low level with regard to one domain only which is the deterioration domain. In addition, the results show significant differences on the psychological abuse according to the overall estimations of the sample and on every domain related to the variable of gender in favor of the males, the variable of school type in favor of the public schools and the variable of number of years of experience in favor of the teachers with less than 5 years of experience.
