AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى مواءمة المقررات الدراسية بجامعة شقراء لرؤية المملكة العربية السعودية (2030) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق أداة القياس (الاستبانة)، حيث اشتملت على 31 فقرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 145 عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات الجامعة. وتم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على الاستبانة، كذلك استخدم الباحث تحليل التباين الأحادي للمقارنة بين استجابة العينات المستقلة تبعا لمتغير الدرجة العلمية، كما استخدام الباحث اختبار "ت" لمجموعتين مستقلتين للمقارنة بين تقديرات عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير التخصص. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تعزيز المقررات الدراسية للالتزام بالمبادئ الإسلامية والقيم العربية، وأنها تؤكد حرص المملكة على تحقيق العدل والوسطية وتكسب الطلبة السلوكيات الحميدة، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف المقررات الدراسية في المساعدة لجعل الجامعة ضمن أفضل 200 جامعة على مستوى العالم، كما أن المقررات لا تؤهل الخريجين في مجالي: التعدين والطاقة المتجددة، وكذلك لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين تقديرات عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الدرجة العلمية والتخصص. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات من أهمها: الاهتمام بمجالات التعدين والطاقة المتجددة في المقررات الدراسية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aimed present study aimed to identify the extent to which the academic courses of Shaqra University are relevant to KSA (2030) vision from the academic staff point of view, to achieve this aim the researcher applied a questionnaire contained 31 items as a study tool for his study . The study sample consisted of 145 members of Shaqra University academic staff. The arithmetic means and the standard deviations of the grades of the study sample in the questionnaire were extracted, the one-way analysis of variance (ONE-WAY-ANOVA) was used to compare between the responses of the independent samples according to the academic degree variable. The t-test was used with two independent groups to compare between the grades of the study sample according to the field of specification variable. The findings of the present study showed that: the academic courses should be enhanced to follow the Islamic principles and the Arabian values, it also assures the state’s keenness to achieve justice and moderation and providing the students with good behaviors. The study also showed the weakness of the academic courses in assisting the university to be one of the best 200 universities in the world; the courses also don’t qualify graduates in the fields of mining and renewable energy. The findings also showed that: there were no significant statistical differences between the grades of the study sample according to the academic degree and field of specification variables. The study concluded a number of recommendations and suggestions most important of which was: attention should be given to the fields of mining and renewable energy in the academic courses.
