AB - This study aimed to find out the availability of the Dimensions of Learning Organizations Questionnaire ")DLOQ(" in the College of Education at Taif University. The sample size of participants in this study was 91 faculty employees which represented 97.8% of the total population of 93 faculty employees. Findings of the study showed that the female employees in the Faculty of Education at Taif University believed that the application of the dimensions of learning organization is completely average, and the mean of the total items was 2.94. There were statistically significant differences in the sample responses to the availability of the dimensions of learning organization depending on the nature of the work variable, and the qualification variable in favor of both categories )academic, administrative academic(, and in favor of Ph.D. and master degree holders. On the other hand, there were no statistically significant differences in the years of experience variable except in three dimensions: creating opportunities for continuous learning, encouraging dialogue and inquiry, and linking the faculty with the external environment, as the differences come in favor of those who have 10 or more years of experience. Based on the results of the study, the researcher provides a set of recommendations including the dissemination of the culture of learning organization, the application of democracy in the management of the College, and providing female employees the freedom to determine their training needs.(Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
