AB - The importance of research is to study the impact of the most competitive positions using the multi-level application strategy in the speed of the motor and skill of football for students. The application of any skill requires mastery depends on a set of cognitive and cognitive processes, and in the field of football, the application of the speed of motor and skill performance requires thinking and the right knowledge to reach the accuracy of performance. The researcher used the experimental method designed by the experimental and control groups to suit the problem of the research and its purpose. The study sample consisted of (30) students divided into groups (15) students randomly by the research community represented by the students of the first stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Diyala, after determining the motor abilities and basic skills of football and its tests, (SPSS) to obtain the results. The researcher reached the most important conclusions: There are significant differences between the tribal and remote tests of some kinetic capacities and Basic football cards for both teams and for remote tests. And the existence of differences between the experimental and control groups in the remote tests and for the benefit of the experimental group. The researcher recommends the use of competitive attitudes and methods of teaching and modern methods in the teaching of football because it has a positive impact on learning the basic skills of students. As well as the need to conduct research similar to other competitive positions in the development of physical abilities, skill and planning and other stages of study of football.
