AB - هدف البحث إلى تقييم مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي في ضوء المستجدات التكنولوجية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات قطاع غزة من وجهة نظرهم، واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قاما ببناء استبانة وتطبيقها لتقييم مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي على عينة متاحة بلغت (106) من طلبة الدراسات العليا، وجاءت النتائج على النحو الآتي: 1) توافر مستوى كل من (صفات الباحث العلمي، ومهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي) لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات قطاع غزة بدرجة مرتفعة بلغت (84%)، و (81%) بالترتيب، وكذلك توافر مستوى كل من مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي باستخدام المستجدات التكنولوجية بدرجة متوسطة بلغت (72%). 2) لا توجد فروق في أداة الدراسة لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعات قطاع غزة من وجهة نظرهم تعزى لمتغير الجنس، أو لمتغير الجامعة. 3) توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مستوى أخلاقيات الباحث العلمي، ومستوى توافر مهارات التوثيق والاقتباس العلمي، وكذلك بين مستوى أخلاقيات الباحث العلمي ومستوى توافر مهارات التوثيق من خلال البحث بالمستجدات التكنولوجية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aims at evaluating scientific documentation and citation skills in light of technological advances among graduate students in Gaza Strip universities from the students’ perspective. The researchers followed descriptive analytical approach; they prepared an evaluative questionnaire as a research tool, and applied it on an available sample that consisted of 106 male and female graduate students. The study shows the following results: 1) The level of possessing characteristics of scientific researcher, and the level of possessing referencing and citation skills among graduate students are high, (84%), (81%) respectively. Moreover, the level of making scientific references and citation by using technological advances is medium (72%). 2) There are no differences in the study tool among graduate students at the universities in Gaza Strip from the students’ perspective, due to the variable of gender, or due to the variable of University. 3) There is a correlation between the level of researcher ethics and the level of scientific documentation and citation skills. Moreover, there is a correlation between the level of researcher ethics and scientific documentation and citation skills in light of technological advances among graduate students.
