AU - العربي، هشام يوسف مصطفى AB - The study targeted the reality of entrepreneurship culture and its activation mechanism at Hail University from staff faculty members, points of view. The study handled the descriptive approach with its tools. The questionnaire depended on three parts: the first part handled the reality of the faculty role in disseminating entrepreneurship culture (14 items). The second element handled the obstacles that hindered Hail University from disseminating entrepreneurship culture (12 items). The third element handled the suggested mechanisms to support the role of the university in disseminating entrepreneurship culture (13 items). The questionnaire was applied on random sample of about (234) from the university staff members. The sample represented about 30% of the real society of the study. The main findings of the study showed: The necessity of setting clear policies and goals and executive plans about entrepreneurship in the university. The entrepreneurship unit in the university requires more effort especially those concerning activating its activities, increasing continuous awareness of its programs and plans, besides disseminating its activities. The plans require specific budget to achieve the goals. The necessity of providing courses on entrepreneurship to be introduced to the students within different courses in different colleges. The researchers make recommendations that will contribute in activating the role of the university in disseminating entrepreneurship culture In the light of the study findings.
