AB - At the present time, the world has been witnessing various technological and knowledge developments, which have affected all workers in the field of education in general and the teacher in particular, as they added many new responsibilities and duties to the educational role which has been carried out by teachers. Therefore, the importance of preparation and qualification of the teacher professionally has been emerged and increased in many developed and Arab countries including Saudi Arabia. This current research will address many important academic points related to this topic, where in its first step addressing styles and different ways to prepare and qualify the teacher in many developed countries such as the United States - Australia - Malaysia, while the second step of the search will deal with the reality or status quo of styles and the techniques of teacher preparation and rehabilitation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to identify problems that hinder this goal. Finally, the research will include the results found out besides the recommendations and operational propositions to develop teacher preparation and development professionally in Saudi Arabia in the light of the benefit from the fore mentioned experiences.(Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
