AB - The current research aims to recognize the effect of electronic learning environment design based on the web quest environment on the learning for the hearing disable students in light of web quest design criteria for the hearing disabled, and its effect on the development of technological awareness and some dealing skills with modern technology applications by proceeding the research experiment on the hearing disabled students on the professional preparatory stage. As the research sample has been composed from the total society for the students and their numbers are 40 ( forty ) students, they have been distributed randomly on two groups, the first experimental group is studied through electronic learning environment based on a developed web quest according to its design criteria for the hearing disabled and the second experimental group is studied through electronic learning environment based on the undeveloped traditional web quest and the experiment lasted for 7 weeks back to back, by the procedure of statistical processors on the ( SPSS ) program, and the current research has confirmed on the efficiency of electronic learning environment based on the developed web quest for the hearing disabled and the traditional electronic learning environment for the development of the immediate and delayed learning in a favor of distance performance. As the results have come to prepare a list with the criteria of web quest design and its development which is suitable for the hearing disabled.
