AU - إبراهيم، وجيه المرسي AB - The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed program based on scamper strategy for enhancing some skills of literary taste and creative writing on first year secondary stage students. The sample was the first year secondary stage students at Abshowai secondary school, Kotor educational zone. The sample of the study was about 68 male and female students who were distributed equally into two groups; the experimental group that study by using the proposed program based on Scamper strategy in teaching literacy taste and the creative writing and the control group who study by the traditional way. The proposed program, a scale of literary taste and creative writing test were constructed to prove its validity and reliability. A teacher's guide was prepared according to Scamper strategy. A pre/posttest was introduced to both groups the experimental and the control group to make sure that the two groups are equivalent before having the implementation. The proposed program was treated then administered for the experimental group then pre/posttest was introduced after the experimentation to the both groups. The results proved that there is a significant difference between the pre-post tests for the sake of the experimental group on literary taste scale and creative writing test. In addition, this research proved the effectiveness of a proposed program based on Scamper strategy for enhancing skills of literary taste that are necessary for first year secondary stage students as well as the effectiveness of a proposed program based on Scamper strategy for enhancing skills of creative writing. Eventually, the results assured the positive relationship between literary taste scale and creative writing test of the research sample. Finally, this study suggests some recommendations; it asserted the importance of teaching the literacy text according to the modern theories of teaching the language as well as the importance of donating a pedagogy plan to explain how to use the cognitive strategies and the Meta cognitive strategies like Sampler strategy during teaching the literary texts. As well as, the research indicates the importance of encourage the Arabic teachers to verify and use different strategies and methods of teaching mixed with the use of creative multimedia.
