AU - سليمان، محمد وحيد محمد AB - This research aimed to develop a strategy for learning participatory based on Google educational applications Google mail (Gmail), Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sites, and Google's social network and group conversations (Google+) and measure its impact on developing skills of designing electronic courses and the trend towards them among faculty members at the University of Bisha. The study sample consisted randomly of (30) faculty members at the University of Bisha. Quasi-experimental approach had used. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher building study tools, which represented in an achievement test to measure cognitive side related to the developing skills of electronic courses, a note card of skillful performance, and the measure of the trend towards a strategy of participatory learning based on Google educational applications. The results of the study found that: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of α ≤ (0.05) between the mean scores of the research group in the application of the achievement test related to cognitive aspects of the skills concerned with designing electronic courses ( pre and post ) in favor of the post application. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of α ≤ (0.05) between the average scores of the research group in the application of the note card of performing skills of designing electronic courses related to technical skills of the design (pre and post) in favor of the post application .There is a statistically significant difference at the level of α ≤ (0.05) between the mean scores of the pre and post application of the research group's measure of the trend towards participatory learning. In light of the findings of the search results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
