AB - Targeted search verification of owning students Department of Arabic Language Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Salman Bin Abdul Aziz University for the skills of Arabic grammar , and to achieve the former goal, a researcher List grammatical skills needed for students specialization in Arabic language at the University of Salman Bin Abdul Aziz , was building test to measure these skills , were make sure of his sincerity and persistence , as the researcher has a vision to build a proposal for the development of grammatical skills of these students , and the results of the study revealed the low grammatical skills of the students, Teachers in the test as a whole, and in grammatical skills Sub, attribute the researcher this weakness to focus on as heritage and the neglect of the educational side of it when teaching Arabic grammar course, formal grammatical applications that offer students, typical examples as witnesses to demonstrate the grammatical base, relying on a truncated examples and not interest in understanding the meaning of the language during installation and recommends the need to search the current grammatical skills development for students and teachers need to focus on functional grammar as more of heritage, and the application of grammatical skills in communication positions.
