AB - The study aimed to identify the administrative empowerment and its relationship to job satisfaction among the head departments of Shaqra university colleges in Dawadmey governorate in K.S.A. The study aimed to analyze the relationship among the component of administrative empowerment and job satisfaction. The study depended on the descriptive study approach, and used questionnaire as a tool for gathering data from the sample. The sample was all the head departments of Shaqra university colleges in Dawadmey governorate. Some major results were: the study sample responses on the total areas of the administrative empowerment were highly and with a mean of (4.07), the study sample responses on the total areas of the two job satisfaction were highly and with a mean of (3.94), and there were high signet correlation between administrative empowerment and job satisfaction.
