AB - The research aims to know the effect of special trainings related to the muscles power of the arm in developing the speed and accuracy of shooting from the angle area The sample was (6) the students of physical Education College from students of physical Education department from the total (16). So their rate was (37%). The researcher used the experimental course with one experimental group .and after inserting the experimental change (the exercises of the muscles power) it was clear through the tests that there is a development in the speed and accuracy in shooting from the corner area. Therefore, the researcher recommended to use the power trainings and focus on using the power trainings for the arm because this will lead to a speed and accuracy in shooting the ball.
