AB - This study aimed at identifying the effect of a proposed training program according to Total Quality Management on developing the skill of Evaluation of Different Math Abilities of the Teachers in the Secondary Schools in Jordan. The study consisted of (120) male and female teachers chosen by the Directorates of Education that follow Al-Karak Province. They were distributed into two groups. Each of them contained (60) male and female teachers. The researcher divided each group into three categories according to the test of the mathematical abilities (low, medium, high). He trained the experimental group on a proposed program to help teachers to master the skills of Evaluation. The Quasi-experimental Design was used to identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program. To achieve the goals of this study, the study tool was applied. It was an achievement Test in the skills of Evaluation according to the Total Quality Management for the curriculum. The Validity of the study tool and its Reliability were tested. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the experimental and the control groups for the post application to examine the skill of Evaluation in favor of the experimental group. The findings indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the two Means of the post-performance in the skill of Evaluation among the members of the experimental group according to their level of capability. In the light of the results, the study recommends about directing the authors of curricula. (Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
