AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات الفنية والتقنية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدامهم للبوابة الأكاديمية لجامعة القدس المفتوحة، كما هدفت إلى فحص ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والكلية، والحالة الوظيفية، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، استخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة حيث تم تطبيقها بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما على عينة مؤلفة من (185) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بفروع جامعة القدس المفتوحة (بيت لحم، والخليل، ودورا، ويطا) خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2014/2015. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الصعوبات الفنية والتقنية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدامهم للبوابة الأكاديمية لجامعة القدس المفتوحة، قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما تبين أن مجال "الصعوبات الفنية والتقنية" قد جاء في الترتيب الأول ، يليه مجال "معيقات الاستخدام"، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجة الصعوبات الفنية والتقنية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدامهم للبوابة الأكاديمية لجامعة القدس المفتوحة، وفقاً لمتغير الكلية لصالح كليات التربية والعلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية والزراعة، ووفقاً لمتغير الحالة الوظيفية لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتفرغين، في حين لم تكن الفروق دالة وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة. It also aimed to examine the significance of the differences between the mean degree of the difficulty according to the variables of gender, college, professional status, years of experience and educational qualifications. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool, after confirming its reliability and validity, was applied on a sample of 185 faculty members, selected by a stratified sample manner, from all the teaching branches of Al - Quds Open University faculty members (Bethlehem, Hebron, Dura, and Yatta) through the second semester of the academic year 2014/ 2015. The results showed that the degree of technological and technical difficulties faced by faculty members of Al - Quds Open University in the use of the Academic Portal came in general medium. It turns out that the field of "technological and technical difficulties" came in first place, followed by the field of "obstacles to use". Results also show a statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0. 05) between the mean degree of technological and technical difficulties faced by faculty members of Al - Quds Open University in the use of Academic Portal according to college variable in favor of the colleges of education, management and agriculture and according to the variable of professional status in favor of full - time faculty members, Whereas the differences were not significant according to the variables of gender and years of experience.
