AU - القرني، نورة عوض. AB - This study aimed to identify the male and female teachers’ perceptions in secondary schools at Al-Dawadmi governorate toward their schools as educated organizations. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire that included (28) items, have been applied to a sample of (64) male and female teachers at secondary stage in Al-Dawadmi governorate at Saudi Arabia. The results of the study showed the arithmetic means was moderate degree, with a mean (3.27) and standard deviation (0.73), and the results showed also there weren’t statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the arithmetic means of estimates of study sample individuals attributed to the study variables. The study included recommendations: holding set of courses and conferences to males and females teachers for introducing them to the educated organizations, conditions and ways of transforming schools into educated organizations.
