AB - The study aimed to identify the role of school meetings in educational decision-cycle at secondary school for girls in Tabuk process, from the standpoint of the teachers, the detection of differences between their responses depending on qualification and the type of school for two variables. To achieve this, the approach to the study followed the descriptive approach, the study population consisted of (983) teachers from the secondary and public and private secondary schools in Tabuk city. And the sample of the study was (292) teachers, and to achieve the goals of the study was to develop a questionnaire consisting of (26) items, distributed in three axes, the study results showed that the role of school meetings in educational decision-cycle, came with high degree of importance. And the axis of the permeating stage came in the first rank with high degree of importance, and the axis of the during-meeting stage came in the second rank with high degree of importance. And the axis of the post-meeting stage came in the last rank with moderate degree of importance. The results of Test also showed a statistically significant differences between the teachers responses attributed to the educational qualification variable, and in favor of a qualified Bachelor, and variable type of school and for the benefit of public schools, the study has come out a set of recommendations, including: the need to adopt practical steps to contribute to raising the middle class to the role of school meetings educational decision-cycle at some point after the meeting, and the need to improve the private administrators high school practices in the field of the role of school meetings in educational decision-cycle.
