AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالسنة التحضيرية/ جامعة تبوك. تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من 686 عضو هيئة تدريس في السنة التحضيرية، وشملت العينة 228 مفردة، أُخذت بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة. أعد الباحث أداتين: واحدة لقياس أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية، وأخرى لقياس الولاء التنظيمي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) إن درجة تطبيق العدالة التنظيمية من قبل إدارة السنة التحضيرية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. 2) إن تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن فقرات مقياس الولاء التنظيمي بشكل عام قد حصلت على متوسط حسابي 3.24 وانحراف معياري 0.76 ويمثل درجة تقدير متوسطة. 3) وجود معاملات ارتباط إيجابية بين درجة العدالة التنظيمية لدى إدارة السنة التحضيرية ودرجة الولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
