AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير استخدام استراتيجية الرحلات المعرفية (الويب كويست Web Quest) في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية؛ لتنمية مهارات التفكير التأملي لدى تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي. وتم استخدام كل من المنهج الوصفي، وذلك للاستفادة من أدبيات البحث التربوي في مجال استراتيجية الرحلات المعرفية، والتفكير التأملي في صياغة الإطار النظري وإعداد أدوات البحث؛ وكذلك المنهج التجريبي القائم على تقسيم عينة البحث المكونة من 140 طالباً وطالبة إلى مجموعتين (تجريبية 70 طالباً وطالبة) و(ضابطة 70 طالباً وطالبة). وقد أعد الباحث اختباراً لمهارات التفكير التأملي في الدراسات الاجتماعية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في مهارات التفكير التأملي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في المجموعة التجريبية في جميع مهارات التفكير التأملي لصالح الذكور، عدا مهارة التأمل والملاحظة (الرؤية البصرية) كانت الفروق لصالح الإناث. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of the current research is to show the effect of using (WEB QUEST) strategy in teaching social studies to improve year 7 students’ reflective thinking skills. The descriptive method was used to benefit from the educational literature works in the field of (WEB QUEST) strategy and reflective thinking in creating a theoretical framework and preparing the research tools. The experimental method was also used where the research sample (140 male and female students) was divided into two groups, (experimental: 70 male and female students) and (determiner: 70 male and female students). The researcher prepared a reflective thinking skill of social studies test. The findings showed that there were statistical differences between the two groups in the social studies reflective thinking skills. Statistical differences were also there between male and female students of the experimental group in all skills in favor of males except for reflection and noticing (insight) which were in favor of female.
