AB - The research aims to conceptualize a proposal combines between the courses of educational technology and curricula and teaching methods in colleges of education according to principles of the integrative approach, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method and experimental method to verify the effectiveness of the proposed design, moreover the tools used at the research were a list of integrative approach principles and a questionnaire to gather the views of specialists and experts on the field, then the researcher analyses the content of the two courses that was used at the college of Education (Afif), and from that point of view the researcher designed the proposal of the unit. On the other hand the researcher used to determine the effectiveness of the proposed unit according to the principles of integrative approach using a questionnaire to gather the views of specialists and experts on the field of educational technology and curricula and teaching methods and an achievement test applied on a random sample of 25 students at sixth grade of the college of Education (Afif) in Saudi Arabia , the results of the study as follows: A list of integrative approach principles that must be provided in the construction of educational technology and curricula and teaching methods proposed designed was prepared and checked, a proposal of a unit in education technology and curricula and teaching methods designed in accordance with the principles of integrative approach , the proposed unit has proven effective from the viewpoint of specialists and experts and by statistical significance differences in the students’ scores of the experimental and control group in the achievement test to the experimental group.
