AU - الدوسري، نادية سالم بن سعد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور كليات التربية للبنات في تنمية القيم الجمالية للطالبات في ضوء متغيرات العصر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعتها، مع الاستعانة باستبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من الطالبات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1) إن لكليات التربية للبنات دوراً متوسطاً في تنمية القيم الجمالية للطالبات. 2) إن هناك بعض المعوقات تحد من دور كليات التربية في تنمية القيم الجمالية للطالبات مثل: قلة الأنشطة التربوية المرتبطة بتنمية القيم الجمالية، وجود برامج الإعداد وعدم تطويرها، وجمود محتوى المقررات الدراسية، وقلة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمظهر الجمالي أثناء المحاضرات. وانتهت الدراسة بوضع إستراتيجية مقترحة لتفعيل دور كليات التربية في تنمية القيم الجمالية للطالبات بما يتماشى مع العصر ومتغيراته. Because descriptive method suits the present study, it was used jointly with a questionnaire administered to random sample population of female students as well as faculty members. The study findings were as follows: 1) the role of colleges of education in developing aesthetic values is decreasing. 2) There are same impediments which limits the college’s role in this respect. these impediments are educational activities aiming at developing Aesthetic Values are less in number; preparation programmers and prescribed courses are fixed and they are rarely developed; besides faculty members do not tend to undertake Aesthetic outlook while they are in classes. The study proposes a strategy to activate the role of colleges of education in this matter so as to be in conformity with the century and variables.
