AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية ومعوقاتها لدى قائد المدرسة الثانوية في مدينة الرياضلا من وجهة نظر المرحلة الثانوية. وبلغت عينة الدراسة 363 معلماً. وكان من أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة ما يأتي: 1) جاء ترتيب محاور الكفايات التقنية كما يأتي: الأول: المجال المهاري، والثاني: المجال المعرفي، والثالث مجال الاتجاهات. 2) أن الكفاءات التقنية تتوفر لدى قائد المدرسة الثانوية في المجالات المعرفية والمهارية والاتجاهات بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمدينة الرياض. 3) جاءت ترتيب محاور المعوقات التقنية كما يأتي: الأول المعوقات المالية، والثاني المعوقات الفنية، والثالث المعوقات الشخصية. 4) توجد معوقات الكفاءات التقنية في جميع المجالات، وهي: المعوقات الشخصية والفنية والمالية، كانت لدى قائد المدرسة الثانوية منخفضة ومتوسطة من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض. 5) توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء المعلمين أفراد الدراسة حول معوقات التقنية الحديثة في مجال المعوقات المالية باختلاف متغير الخبرة في مجال التدريس، لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الطويلة. The study sample was 363 teachers. One of the most important results of this study includes the following: 1) The order of axes technical competencies as follows: The first skill domain, and the second cognitive domain, and the third field directions. 2) That the technical skills available to the commander of the high school in the fields of knowledge, skills and attitudes moderately from the viewpoint of teachers in Riyadh. 3) The order of axes technical constraints as follows: the first financial constraints, and the second technical the obstacles, and the third personal obstacles. 4) There are obstacles of technical competencies in all areas, namely: personal obstacles, technical and financial found at the high school commander low-grade and medium from the perspective of secondary school teachers in Riyadh. 5) There are significant differences between the views of teachers, members of the study on the impediments of modern technology in the field of financial obstacles variable depending on teaching experience in the field, for the benefit of teachers with long experience.
