AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية الذات لدى المعلمين والمعلمات بغرفة مصادر التعلم بمدارس مدينة نجران. واعتمدت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 10 من المعلمين، و6 من المعلمات هم كل من يعمل بغرفة مصادر التعلم بمدارس مدينة نجران. واستخدمت مقياس فاعلية الذات التدريسية لدى هؤلاء المعلمين الذي تم تعريبه من مقياس (1997 Theodore, Breton;) وتم التحقق من معايير ثباته وصدقه. وأوضحت النتائج أن فاعلية الذات التدريسية قد تحققت بدرجة كبيرة، في حين كانت الفاعلية العامة متحققة بدرجة كبيرة للمعلمين وبدرجة متوسطة للمعلمات. لم تظهر النتائج فروقاً ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين المعلمين والمعلمات في فاعلية الذات، كما ارتبطت هذه الفاعلية إيجابياً بعدد الحالات التي نجح المعلمون والمعلمات في التعامل معها مع ذوي صعوبات التعلم. Sample was 10 male teachers and six female teachers. Self- efficacy was measured by the Arabic version of Theodore; Breton, 1997. Reliability and validity were measured. Results showed that self - efficacy was achieved completely while the general self- efficacy was strongly achieved for male teachers and moderately achieved for female teachers. Results showed also no sex differences between male and female teachers in self- efficacy. Positive correlation was found between self- efficacy and number of pupils with learning disabilities attended the ILP in the last academic year.
