AB - The goal of current research into the differences between social workers in burnout and some demographic variables, such as: sex, experience, qualification, economic status, and education. The sample consisted of (213) and a specialist social worker by (132) male and (81) female were tested social worker from social workers in the schools of general education and special education schools in the provinces of Al-Ahmadi in Kuwait. Researchers have used burnout scale and form public statements to verify the questions of the study, after verifying the validity and reliability of burnout scale. The results showed that the prevalence of burnout among social workers is high compared with the specialists who do not suffer from burnout, and burnout rate among social workers in schools with special needs is higher than the social workers in the public schools, and burnout among psychologists influenced by variables Gender, experience and rehabilitation, and social status. Researchers have presented a set of proposals that are consistent with the current results, and draw attention to the interest in this category by stakeholders to reduce this burnout among social workers to improve their professional performance.
