AU - السنيدي، نسيبة AU - الزغيبي، هديل AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد "المنظمة المتعلمة" في المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض، ودور مديرات المدارس في إدارة التغيير لتطبيق أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة، والتعرف على الفروق ذوات الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 في استجابات عينة الدراسة حول محاورها والتي تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، ومرحلة المدرسة. ولتحقيق أهدافها، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها 194 مديرة مدرسة حكومية في مدينة الرياض. وبعد التطبيق الميداني، تم تحليل البيانات إحصائياً والتوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) إن درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على الأبعاد ككل وبمتوسط عام 3.37 من 5. 2) إن دور مديرة المدرسة في إدارة التغيير نحو تطبيق أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط عام 3.61 من 5. 3) عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول محاورها باختلاف متغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة. كما لا توجد فروق تعزى لمرحلة المدرسة في جميع الأبعاد ككل باستثناء بعد تشجيع التعلم التعاوني الجماعي إذ ظهرت فروق بين المرحلة المتوسطة والمرحلة الثانوية، لصالح المرحلة المتوسطة. كما ظهرت فروق في دور مديرات المدارس بين المرحلة الثانوية من جهة وكل من المرحلة الابتدائية والمرحلة المتوسطة من جهة أخرى وجاءت الفروق لصالح كل من المرحلة الابتدائية والمرحلة المتوسطة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify: the availability degree of learning organization disciplines in public schools in the city of Riyadh, the role of school principal in change management toward the application of learning organization disciplines, and the differences that are statistically significant at the level of significance 0.05= a as answers to the study sample according to study variables (qualification- experience- stage of school). To achieve its goals the study applied a descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was used to get the responses from a simple random sample consist of 194 female public school principals in the city of Riyadh. After field application, data were analyzed statistically. The results of the study show that: 1) The availability degree of learning organization disciplines in public schools in the city of Riyadh was medium degree, in disciplines as whole with average of (3.73 out of 5). 2) The role of school principal in change management toward the application of learning organization disciplines was medium degree with average of (3.61 out of 5). 3) There is no statistically significant differences of study sample members’ responses on the study fields according to the variables (qualification- experience). There is no statistically significant differences according to school stage variable in all disciplines and as whole except the discipline of ‘enhancing group cooperative learning’; differences emerged between the middle stage, and the secondary stage for the benefit of the middle stage. Differences also appeared in the role of school principals between high school on one hand and all of the primary and middle stage, on the other hand. Differences came in favor of each of the primary and middle stage.
